We’ve just hit our ISO certification for four, having first cleared the boundary in 2020 with our opening ISO 9001 accreditation. Now we have four in a row. So that’s a pretty clear indication of consistency in the quality of our in-house procedures and notches up our quality management score for another year on the scoreboard.
ISO certification is never easy. Like a tricky spin bowler, it’s not to be underestimated. Just because you batted it away once doesn’t mean you’ll automatically defend every delivery. But with four under our belt, we’re pleased with our 100% average and know that it’s important to our clients. They rightly expect us to have certified procedures as we gather and analyse sensitive personal and commercial data as part of our investigation processes.
